Mom, this is for you! And anyone else wanting to see a big group of turkey. Will I miss seeing turkey out our front door when we move? Probably not:)

9 months
I didn't even realize Sidney was 9 months until about an hour ago. Here are some things about our little Sidaroo.
She was quiet for so long, no wonder.
She really is little, our most petite baby. I took her to the doctors on Monday because she has been sick and she weighed in at 16 lbs (can't remember the ounces).
Although she is petite she is still long. Long and lean for now.
All day she is pretty much waving "hi" or clapping her hands. I love seeing those little hands make those little clapping sounds.
She is mischievous. She knows that we don't prefer it if she goes into the back storage room that is just off of our living room. She heads back there and then turns around to see if we notice, keeps going and then turns around again with a little smirk on her face.
She army crawls, which thankfully doesn't allow her to attempt the stairs yet. She has got the army crawl down and is starting to stick her bum up in the air.
Kinnie and Andrew make her laugh and she likes to watch them doing whatever they are doing.
She is sensitive. Loud noises throw her off, fast movements, getting things taken from her. Her little lip gets going and she tries to be brave.
She has a pretty good fake laugh and fake cry going on. You know if they go from one to the other within seconds (with a da da da da da in between) it has to be fake.
She is so oblivious to me changing her diaper. She just tries to roll and start crawling to the nearest thing in sight. It is kind of a battle with her which is new for me.
Here is the back room we don't like her to crawl into...polly pockets, legos, G.I Joe cell phones, bikes, boxes, etc..

Good times!
I can't believe December is over and that Christmas has come and gone. We had such a wonderful month and did a lot of fun things! Here is the rest of our December fun. We decided not to go home to Utah for Christmas so we tried do a lot of fun things just as our little family. It was sad not to see everyone but it was a nice, relaxing Christmas and our last one in Omaha!

Riding the train down at the gardens.
Kinnie got to be Mary in her preschool nativity program. She was so excited about it!
They sang lots and lots of songs and recited Christmas poems:)
Just playing a game perched on the couch
Sidney felt pretty cool sitting in a high-chair at a restaurant.
Decorating gingerbread houses
The beginning of a blizzard. We woke up the next morning to a foot of snow!
Happy sledding!

Ice skating. Kinnie loved it and did not want to stop.
Andrew didn't want to try it so Landon and I switched off taking Kinnie. Andrew was doing his own figure skating while we watched :)
